I have always secretly loved love stories. But they never come true. Unless we still lived in a village full of mayhem, where there is a castle, or maybe that could even be a fairytale. Thats where there is war over princesses, or the princess runs away from an arranged marriage, or the prince rebels against his father’s wishes and marries a village girl instead. Well, you get the idea. But it always has the “moonlit dancing spot” and the “best kiss that gets your head up in the clouds” part in the story. Well, in the first place, Singapore hardly actually has a deserted spot that is peaceful, so forget it.
Well, the people in the villages find a way to cope pretty well. That is, of course, if the kingdoms surrounding it somehow left it alone. Imagine, living in a rural village being cropped in by acres and acres of forests. Wonderful streams and valleys, waterfalls with a secret hideout behind it. Best of all, love relationships.
I have always been a practical girl, I never actually got so engrossed in gossips or rumors. The word ‘boyfriend’ or ‘BGR’ is hardly in my vocabulary. Only my close friends know that I can actually talk about it. The outside world hardly knows that I am thinking about it. Haha
Talking about that, the topic is barely discussed as one of our topics of interest. Why bother waste the time when there are no boys around to fantasize about? I’d rather do something else fruitful. School life is interesting, especially since I am doing mostly what I wanted to do all my life. Well, maybe most of my life. Music is emphasized upon!!! I love it! I am so glad to have a group of four girls, including me, to hang out with.
Secondary exams are hard though, but i’ll study hard.
